Fuse Medway Festival 2007
Seen it? Heard it? Were you part of it?
Fuse Medway Festival in May 2007 was all about good vibrations, as spectacular sights and sounds filled Medway's streets, venues and open spaces. Pyrotechnics lit the riverside and lifted the lid on a Latin groove. World-famous authors peered under nook and cranny. Kids bounced and flounced with clowns, ogres and the magical story machine. Ida Barr played bingo, dancers moved heaven and earth, whilst Shakespeare's verse was tempest tossed at Rochester Castle. Billy Childish and The Musicians of the British Empire raised the flag and said goodnight in a flurry of hair, cut-glass riffs and sardonic lyrics.
Sit back, fix your eyes to good vibrations and relive some of the highlights.
